This is to make sure that the service is delivered correctly and consistently. We also believe that effective process control will result in reduced costs by helping eliminate wasted effort and materials due to delivering the service incorrectly and inconsistently. This also helps us handling customer complaints is identified as one of the key processes. Accreditation is based on conformance to ISO/IEC 17021-1. International Accreditation Bodies like ANAB accredits Certification Bodies (CBs) that demonstrate competence to audit and certify organizations conforming with management system standards. Accreditation by ANAB ensures the impartiality and competence of the CB and fosters confidence and acceptance of the CB's certifications by public and private sector end users. The Accreditation Bodies like ANAB operate according to ISO 17011, and then audit the CBs against ISO 17021 to ensure that ISO 9001 and related management system certifications are only issued in an objective and trusted manner. ANAB issues accreditation symbols to accredited conformity assessment bodies (laboratories, certification bodies, forensic service providers, inspection bodies, etc.) to indicate their accredited status. An organization considering certification wants to know about the reputation and competence of the CB it selects. The organization wants assurance that the CB is competent to evaluate its systems and that, no matter where they're located, customers will value the CB's judgment. ANAB with its international reputation provides just that to the CBs, thereby also providing added value to the organizations that these ANAB accredited CBs certify. BSI, the ISO Certification Body for ACT is accredited by ANAB.

Accreditation bodies, which have been evaluated by peers as competent, sign arrangements that enhance the acceptance of products and services across national borders, thereby creating a framework to support international trade through the removal of technical barriers. These arrangements are managed by the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), in the fields of management systems, products, services, personnel and other similar programmes of conformity assessment.
The IAF is the world association of Conformity Assessment Accreditation Bodies and other bodies interested in conformity assessment in the fields of management systems, products, services, personnel and other similar programmes of conformity assessment. Its primary function is to develop a single worldwide program of conformity assessment which reduces risk for business and its customers by assuring them that accredited certificates may be relied upon. Accreditation assures users of the competence and impartiality of the body accredited. The primary purpose of IAF is two-fold. Firstly, to ensure that its accreditation body members only accredit bodies that are competent to do the work they undertake and are not subject to conflicts of interest. The second purpose of the IAF is to establish mutual recognition arrangements, known as Multilateral Recognition Arrangements (MLA), between its accreditation body members which reduces risk to business and its customers by ensuring that an accredited certificate may be relied upon anywhere in the world.
What is the role of IAF?

Entering the world of Montessori has been an eye-opening experience as I have only been exposed to a standard education system such as the kindergarten. It has been very useful in our household as well as I learn to allow my child to be more independent and less forceful. I am very grateful for the education. I have received and I hope to advance my skills in the future.

FAITH GAMO
VietnamAsian College of Teachers (ACT) undertakes a continuous review of its teacher training courses to ensure imparting high quality education. However, there might be circumstances outside of ACT’s control which might affect its stakeholders like if you are planning to teach in a different country, applying for a teaching license, pursuing higher studies or trying to get the certificate approved by the Ministry of Education (MoE) of a particular country then you can do so with the certificate issued by Asian College of Teachers (ACT). However, each country’s Ministry of Education (MoE) or educational bodies set certain standards that are indispensable for the pursuit of higher studies or teaching in schools in that country. So it can be a possibility that you may be able to use the certificate for higher studies or teaching purposes in one country and not in another. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you investigate thoroughly and check with the relevant authorities regarding the acceptance of the certificate issued by us before you enrol on a particular course. ACT strives to offer high-quality education and its certificates can be valuable for various purposes internationally, but still it is crucial for individuals to verify the specific recognition of the certificate in the country they intend to use it, especially for formal education or professional licensing purposes. This approach ensures that the stakeholders make informed decisions regarding their educational and career paths.
